Read/Watch Time: 40 minutes… yes it’s long and it’s loaded
This is a comprehensive update on many possibilities that I follow. I am seeing a tradable rally on many short-term charts. I am also seeing a declining trend on many long-term charts.
I do a lot of extra training in this video. Some markets are simply in between. If they are not a strong buy or a strong sell, then they are in between the two. In soccer if you can’t dribble around the opponent, maybe you can kick a “tweener” between their legs and go through them. It’s a tough kick to make. The best way might be to pass the ball or go around them. This market feels like that to me.
Can I trade a market that is in between? Yes…carefully…watch the video. However, I prefer searching for and trading the markets that are a strong buy.
Most SquiggleTraders start to get the “Aha” moment after they have immersed themselves in the material for about 3 months. The better traders take good notes, watch the videos multiple times and spend a little time every trading day to look at their Watch List and taking more notes. They will start with small trades and take more notes on why they took the trade and what their exit strategy is. They do their best to follow their discipline and take more notes. They sell their losers fast and they let their winners run.
It takes deliberate practice to be good at anything.
Yesterday, I spent an hour on the tennis court using the ball machine. Do I just use one setting and whack the ball the same way each time? No. I set the machine in positions where my opponents will be. I stand in multiple various positions that I might be in a match. I practice drop shots, lobs, down the line shots, cross court shots, forehands, backhands and multiple volley possibilities. I practice 2 and 3 shot combinations that normally set me up for a winning combination. Once I get a strong buy (opportunity to hit a winner), I go big.
Learning how to trade to make extra money for yourself, your family and your charities takes time and deliberate practice.
